Two new Managing Directors at INVERTO
INVERTO, the Boston Consulting Group subsidiary specializing in procurement and supply chain management, continues to grow and has promoted two new Managing Directors. Simone Sofia Hilbring and Tobias Antefelt, who were both previously Principals at INVERTO, will now strengthen the management team in Cologne and Stockholm respectively.
Cologne, August 14 – Simone Hilbring is a retail expert who has been based in the INVERTO Cologne office for ten years. Hilbring studied in the Netherlands and Canada and graduated from Maastricht University with a degree in International Business. She advises European retail and consumer clients on transformations as well as on the development of organizational models and turnarounds. The newly promoted Managing Director brings extensive international experience in assortment optimization, merchandise group strategy and private label procurement in retail.
Simone Hilbring also leads the Women@INVERTO initiative, which promotes women in management consulting targeted to increase the share of female colleagues at all career levels and to offer a networking platform to female procurement experts.
Tobias Antefelt has over 17 years of consulting industry experience, specializing in cost reduction, procurement and working capital management projects. He studied in Sweden and Switzerland and earned a degree in Industrial Management and Economics from the Chalmers University of Technology. Tobias Antefelt predominantly advises clients from the industrial goods, consumer goods, and healthcare sectors. Since joining INVERTO in Stockholm four years ago, he has also been part of INVERTO’s Private Equity practice area.
