Three new Managing Directors at INVERTO

INVERTO, the Boston Consulting Group subsidiary specializing in procurement and supply chain management, continues to grow and has promoted three new Managing Directors. Dr. Gökhan Yüzgülec, Philipp Polterauer and Mohamad Kaivan now strengthen the management team. All three were previously principals at INVERTO.

LONDON, January 19 – Mohamad Kaivan is an industrial engineer and worked as a consultant in London, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai, among other places, before joining INVERTO in London two years ago. He mainly advises clients from the retail and consumer goods industries as well as the energy sector. Kaivan specializes in organizational development, transformation, and value creation. He is also part of INVERTO’s Private Equity practice.

Gökhan Yüzgülec heads the Hamburg site, which was newly opened in 2022. Yüzgülec, who holds a doctorate in mechanical engineering, worked in consulting, industry and applied research at the Fraunhofer Institute before joining INVERTO in Munich in 2019. Yüzgülec is an expert in supply chain management and supply chain finance. He serves international clients from the medical technology, automotive, and mechanical and plant engineering industries.

Philipp Polterauer, an expert in supply chains, procurement and digital strategy, has been with INVERTO Austria for three years. Polterauer studied economics in Vienna and in the USA. He serves clients from the manufacturing industry with a focus on healthcare, consumer electronics / high tech and automotive. After setting up INVERTO Digital Solutions, he now heads the Center of Excellence for Digital Strategy and Artificial Intelligence. In client projects, he advises multinational companies on global procurement and supply chain transformations as well as cost optimization programs.
