LONDON, June 30, 2025 –Katharina Erfort, Principal and Recruitment Director at global supply chain management consultancy Inverto, part of Boston Consulting Group, has been named in Management Today’s 35 Women under 35.
The award celebrates women in senior leadership positions in business.
Erfort has shown an exceptional level of expertise and leadership in delivering data-driven procurement and supply chain strategies. She has taken a leading role in projects which have produced multimillion-pound savings for clients across retail, food and fashion.
As Recruitment Director, Erfort plays a key role in leading Inverto’s UK hiring strategy. She also is involved with initiatives to strengthen Inverto’s workplace culture, serving as a career advisor and a mentor to junior colleagues.
Erfort demonstrated her leadership in her role as a Team Coach, where she worked with Inverto’s managing board to build best practices – including delivering a masterclass on psychological safety.
Erfort is also a leading Inverto spokesperson in food, consumer goods and sustainability. Her insights have been quoted in 73 titles in 2024, cementing her position as an industry expert and thought leader.

Erfort holds a master’s degree in Industrial systems, manufacture and management from the University of Cambridge after graduating in industrial engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
