Falko Beermann is Head of HR Development at INVERTO GmbH. In this role, he is responsible for career development, staffing and training.
Along with his team, he develops, optimizes and oversees the employee life cycle from start to finish, ensuring that all employees are able to progress, both on a personal and professional level. His responsibilities include strategic personal development, project planning and staff organization as well as continuous development and implementation of training opportunities.
After studying international political economics (with a focus on China), the certified economist gained experience as a consultant in the executive search sector, before joining the Boston Consulting Group in 2008. He spent several years in the career development team, where, as his responsibility grew, he was able to focus on areas such as operational and strategic personal development, management integration, rewards systems, competency models and aptitude diagnostics. He has been using his expertise in these areas with INVERTO since 2018.
Falko is a co-founder of INVERTO’s in-house band and always sets the mood at company events alongside his ten bandmates.
