Daniela Schneider is HR Director and leads the HR Department of the INVERTO Group. She is accountable for Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, HR Development and People Services internationally. Developing and implementing the HR Strategy to support INVERTOs growth, continued internationalization and thought leadership belongs to her focus areas as well as organizational development of the HR department.
She hold a degree in law and is a seasoned professional in Recruiting, Organizational and People Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Strategic Workforce Planning, Global Mobility, M&A, Change Management, Transformation, Organizational Design, Coaching and Diversity. Before joining INVERTO she worked for Nokia in various global HR Director roles where amongst other things she developed and implemented global programs for female talent development.back to Overview
