BCG subsidiary strengthens its commitment in Scandinavia
Boston Consulting Group subsidiary INVERTO, specializing in procurement and supply chain management, is intensifying its commitment in Scandinavia. After opening its Copenhagen office in February 2018, INVERTO is now setting up in Sweden’s capital of Stockholm, where André Thuvesson is the Managing Director.
Thuvesson worked with a small family company while studying business administration at Linné University in Växjö, Sweden. After graduating, he first worked in procurement at a furniture group, but then moved into management consultancy. Prior to joining INVERTO, he was a director at a Scandinavian-based consultancy, where he headed the working capital practice. “André Thuvesson is a consultant with outstanding expertise and has managed projects throughout Scandinavia and globally. We are very pleased to welcome him on board,” said Dr. Markus Bergauer, Managing Director and Co-founder of INVERTO.
Specializing in working capital optimization, Thuvesson supports companies from the retail and consumer goods industry, as well as industrial goods and process industries. “Sustainable reductions in working capital is mainly obtained by working with improvements in the company core processes and operations,” explained Thuvesson. In the past, he has led projects in the fields of procurement and supply chain optimization. With this expertise, he will support the procurement and supply chain projects of clients in Northern Europe. As managing director of the Stockholm office he will boost the growth of INVERTO in Scandinavia.
