Potential analysis

Firstly, we identify your potential IT savings. To do this, we analyse all technical requirements and procurement processes in the context of your overall organization and conduct interviews with individual departments. We then examine these requirements and their specifications and work with you to check your existing requirements. We provide you with tangible results, identify your strengths and improvement potential and explain what levers we can use to best develop your potential.

Functional description of specifications

We help you to standardize the specifications of your IT requirements. A functional description of the specifications creates greater scope for decision-making, which enables a comprehensive comparison of the costs and benefits of various manufacturers and service providers.

Implementation

When reducing procurement costs in IT, optimal performance, constant service and data security are always paramount. With the help of our specially developed e-contor software, we carry out tenders and negotiations with these aspects in mind. We will support you right up to the implementation of your new processes and/or until you have completed the transition to your new suppliers.

If necessary, we also optimize your internal procurement processes during the implementation phase. These new processes considerably increase the level of coordination between your Procurement and IT departments in terms of fulfilling their individual requirements. To do this, we integrate all of the relevant members of your company and introduce the processes in coordination with your overall organization.
