Your start phase at INVERTO is more of a start and less of a phase. You will be placed right in the thick of things, immediately familiarize yourself with your position, and in your first week, take on parts of a project under the guidance of a project manager.
Things can move that fast here, and you will develop just as quickly. In this process you will be shaped by your responsibilities and your colleagues: from day one, one of our experienced managers will accompany you as a career advisor. He or she will do this throughout your career at INVERTO and will hold regular development and outlook meetings with you.
Very multifaceted: Your further education opportunities.
We provide a wide range of training courses that will help you to advance both personally and professionally, on topics such as presentation structure and team leadership. In addition to the standard modules, you can also use individual training measures. We will also support you in your further academic education, both professionally and financially.
Your competence, our Competence Center.
In our Competence Centers, our employees deal with currently relevant trends and future developments in procurement and supply chain management. They deepen and expand their knowledge, structure it and further develop the expertise of INVERTO. As a Senior Consultant, you will enrich this expertise with your specialist knowledge and help our Competence Centers to become even better.

International growth: Malte’s road to Sweden
INVERTO has long been a well-established name in consultancy, particularly in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Over the past few years, we have also been expanding across Europe. Scandinavia is an exciting and promising prospect in this regard. Malte Böhmke (a senior consultant), has gone to work in Sweden, where he has done a great deal to contribute to INVERTO’s international success.
Here to stay – Pascal Kirchberg first came to INVERTO as an intern, then worked with us on his master’s thesis. Now one of our consultants, he tells us about his career to date.
During my master’s course at the University of Cologne, for which I focused on supply chain management, I decided to do an internship in purchasing. I’d taken in-depth courses on the subject at university, and had wanted to gain more practical insights into it ever since. Because I’m very interested in consultancy generally, INVERTO was the perfect place for me to gain my first professional experience, in the form of an internship.
