Can I ask questions before submitting my application?

Of course. When joining us as a professional, it is vital for both parties to learn as much about each other as possible. If you have any questions before applying to INVERTO, please contact us directly by phone or email.

How much travel is involved in individual projects?

Our consultants are generally on site with our clients from Monday to Thursday, with Friday being our ‘office day’. As a professional, you will sometimes manage several projects at the same time, while also being actively involved in staff and business development at our Cologne headquarters, so are free to plan your own travel.

Can I work from home?

On request, it is possible to work for consultants in the “Home Office” at any time.

Will I have a company car?

Professionals are entitled to a company car, which is also available for personal use.

What does INVERTO have to offer families with children?

On request and subject to approval, we offer part-time schedules for employees with children. We also support parents with young children by providing nursery places. Working with a service provider, we also offer various other family services, such as emergency care for infants.

What locations can I apply for?

If you wish to apply to one of our locations in Germany, you can choose to be based at either our Cologne or Munich office. The location of your daily project work – usually from Monday to Thursday – will depend on where the client you are working for is based. This could be in Germany or abroad. You are also welcome to apply for our locations outside of Germany, but it is important that you are fluent in the relevant language. Applications for our other locations are also processed by our head office in Cologne. Simply specify which office you would like to apply for in your application. If you are interested in a country where German is not spoken, please submit your documents in English.

How do we reach the client?

You can travel by road, rail or air. We always opt for the most efficient option, combining cost-effectiveness, speed and convenience.

How can I apply for a position at INVERTO?

Applications are processed online via the INVERTO applicant portal. You will be asked to enter your basic information on the application form and upload your application documents (cover letter, CV and supporting documents). Finally, you will be required to answer a maximum of four questions, such as your earliest possible starting date.

How long does an online application on the INVERTO applicant portal take?

Applying online takes around five minutes.

What documents do I need for my application?

Please provide a cover letter, your CV and supporting documentation (qualifications, certificates and references). You will be prompted to upload these documents to the system.

What should I do if I have not received a confirmation email after my application?

You should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of submitting your application. Please check your spam folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.
