Interview: The first 100 days at INVERTO.

Please spontaneously describe your first 100 days in 3 words.

  • Energy
  • Fun
  • Exciting

Was there a favorite moment in your first 100 days?

I would say the beginning of my first project which was in my second week. Indeed I had the opportunity to meet the team I was working with in Vienna and to spend a working week which facilitated my integration in the team, but also in INVERTO in a broader sense since I could take time to ask questions, to exchange with an MD and to really understand what the INVERTO spirit was, and of course to have fun all together.

How did your first 3 days go?

These first 3 days were integration days, and for a start in a new company I felt quite relaxed. Indeed everything was very well organized, and before we joined INVERTO we were informed about the course of these integration days. This consisted of different presentations of INVERTO’s services, processes, ways of working as well as the key contacts in case of questions.

How was the whole starting phase?

I would say very well because I quickly had the impression of being integrated at INVERTO and even that I had been part of the team for a long time. And I think it’s even more appreciable that the Paris office had just opened and that everything was done to make us feel part of a whole despite the distance and the Covid context.

What did you imagine would be different with us?

I could not have imagined such an effort to integrate newcomers. In addition, at each new meeting, all colleagues took the time to welcome us warmly, introduce themselves, and proactively make themselves available if we needed anything.

Which expectations have been confirmed?

The professionalism of the company. Everything is very well organized, the processes are clear, the knowledge is very well shared, which allows the consultants to concentrate 100% on the projects. And moreover, these projects are diversified and large-scale.

Your first INVERTO party in 3 words?

Maybe only 2 : „Vivaaaa Colonia“

What have you already learned at INVERTO?

As I said before, I was quickly staffed on a project with a specific topic to lead. So we get into action very quickly, and the learning opportunities are numerous from the beginning. Today I am working on a new project where I lead with my project manager a quick opportunity analysis that requires a lot of agility, knowledge, leadership and vision, and all this despite the fact that I am new in the company. INVERTO trusts its consultants and allows them to develop themselves from day 1.
